Data Deletion
How to disconnect a social account, and how to have your data removed from Beacon — including an honest account of what deletion does and does not reach.
This page explains how to remove your data from Beacon, the job-proof and local-SEO product built by Relic Web Solutions LLC, and from this website. For the full picture of what we collect, see our Privacy Policy.
The short version
Email info@relicwebsolutions.com from the address on your account, tell us what you want deleted, and we will do it. We reply within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
Removing a Facebook or Google Business Profile connection
If you connected a Facebook Page or Google Business Profile so Beacon could post your completed jobs to it, here is exactly what we hold and how to get rid of it.
What Beacon actually stores about that connection
Less than you might expect. For each connected account we hold:
- An identifier for the account, and the workspace it sits in at our publishing provider.
- The account's display name — for example, your Page's name.
- Which platform it is, and the date it was connected.
- A record of the posts we published for you: the caption, the image, and the post's ID.
We do not hold your password, and we do not hold the access tokens. Those sit with Zernio, the provider that brokers the connection. We hold no other Facebook or Google information about you — no profile, no contacts, no messages, no reviews, no ad data.
Option 1 — disconnect it yourself
In the Beacon dashboard, open Social → Connections and clear the account on the channel you want to disconnect. Beacon stops posting to it immediately.
Be aware of what this does not do. Disconnecting stops the posting and unlinks the account, but it keeps the connection's history row, and it does not remove the account from our publishing provider. If you want that gone too — the full erasure — use Option 2 and say so. We would rather tell you this than let you assume.
Option 2 — ask us to erase it
Email info@relicwebsolutions.com and say you want your social connection data deleted. We will disconnect the account, delete the stored connection and its posting history, and have the account removed from our publishing provider's workspace.
You can also revoke access from the platform
- Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, then remove the connected app. Facebook's own guide is here.
- Google: visit your Google Account's third-party access page and remove access.
Revoking at the platform stops any further posting straight away. It does not, by itself, delete the records we already hold — email us as well if you want those gone.
Deleting check-ins, photos, and published pages
Published project pages are designed to be permanent public proof of completed work, and Beacon deliberately prevents them from being deleted by accident. That is a safeguard, not a refusal — we will remove any of it on request.
You can ask us to delete:
- A single published project page and its photos.
- Every check-in and photo for your business.
- Any customer or job records imported from a connected job-management system.
- Your entire account and everything in it.
If a job at your home appears on one of these pages and you would rather it did not, you can email us directly — you do not need an account, and you do not need to go through the business that did the work. Tell us the page's address and we will take it down. Pages never show your name, address, phone number, or the exact location, but it is your call, not ours.
Deleting your Beacon account
Technicians and approvers: your business owner can remove you from the team in the dashboard, which revokes your access. To have your name, email, and profile photo erased as well, email us — we do that by hand and will confirm when it is done.

If you sent us a message through the contact form and want it deleted, email us and we will remove it from our inbox and from Formspree. To stop analytics collection, block cookies for this site or use Google's opt-out add-on.
What we cannot delete for you
We would rather be clear about the limits than promise a clean sweep we cannot deliver.
- Posts already on your own Facebook Page or Business Profile. Once published, a post lives on your account and belongs to you. Delete it there — we have no way to reach into your Page and remove it, and we would not want that ability.
- Copies held by other platforms. Facebook, Google, and your job-management provider keep their own records under their own policies.
- Search engine caches and archives. Once we take a public page down, search engines usually drop it within days, but their timing is theirs. We can point you at Google's removal tool if you need it gone faster.
- Records we are required to keep — for example, invoices we must retain for tax purposes. We keep only what the law requires and nothing more.
- Routine backups, which age out on their own schedule. Deleted data is not restored to the live product.
How we verify it is really you
Deletion is irreversible, so we check before acting. Emailing from the address on the account is normally enough. If we cannot match your request to an account, we may ask you a question or two to confirm — never a copy of your ID, and never a payment.
Make a request
Email info@relicwebsolutions.com — the link pre-fills the details we need — or call (937) 658-1670. Include your business name, your name, the email on the account, and what you want deleted. If you are not sure what we hold, ask and we will tell you first.
If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, reply and say so. It reaches the owner of the company, not a ticket queue.
